A documentary about the musical called Every Little Step was made in 2009. A Chorus Line is about a dance rehearsal in which the main character, Zach, calls people from all over the country to perform for his company. Eventually, people are cut out until the remaining 17. The 17 are asked to speak about their pasts which are displayed in songs, monologues and dances.
