Brendan Bitler (b. June 24, 1994) is an actor, dancer, and teacher from West Babylon, New York. For A Chorus Line, he portrayed the role of Larry in the theater production in CM Performing Arts Center in Oakdale, New York.

Biography[]

Early Life[]

Brendan grew up in a family home in West Babylon, New York, with two sisters Maegan and Valerie, and mother Donna. Brendan attended school in the North Babylon Union Free School District. When Brendan was 11, he got a job as a junior instructor at Sandy's School of Dance in Lindenhurst, NY.

College Years[]

After graduating from North Babylon High School in the Class of 2012, Brendan went to college in St. Joseph's University, where he studied early childhood special education and was a member of the college's show choir. During his college years, he was assistant to the Arts & Crafts Specialist at Crestwood Country Day Camp & School starting in June 2012. In 2013, he left his job as junior instructor at Sandy's School of Dance. In September 2015, he left his job at Crestwood Country Day Camp & School. In 2017, he got a job as a teacher in Kiddie Junction Pre-School & Camp in Levittown, NY. Brendan graduated from St. Joseph's in the Class of 2019.

Current Life[]

After leaving his job as a teacher in Kiddie Junction Pre-School & Camp in 2022, Brendan now works as a substitute teacher at Glen Cove School District. He is also a theater actor in CM Performing Arts Center in Oakdale.

Role on A Chorus Line[]

In Spring 2015, Brendan was cast as Mike Costa for A Chorus Line at Star Playhouse in Commack, NY.

In December 2022, during the 50th season of CM Performing Arts Center, Brendan auditioned for the role of Larry on A Chorus Line and landed the role. He was also an understudy for Mike Costa, Bobby Mills, and Greg Gardner for A Chorus Line.
